A place set apart for or containing graves, tombs, or funeral urns
This digital dataset provides information about the distribution of pioneer cemeteries throughout Kansas. Pioneer cemeteries were identified as those presented on the Kansas State Historical Society website and coordinates were obtained from the USGS Geonames Server. Cemeteries were digitized as points and locations were confirmed using Digital Raster Graphics and National Agricultural Imagery Program (NAIP) digital air photos as base maps. "Ground truthing" has not been conducted and this dataset does not contain every pioneer cemetery in Kansas.

This data set is a digital representation of the Electric Transmission lines for the State of Kansas as maintained by the Kansas Corporation Commission. Data is compiled from Electric Line application submitted to the Kansas Corporation Commission for line construction.
