map was extracted from a filing to the FERC by Rye Development: Project
No. P-15318-000, Cabin Run Pumped Storage Project, Response to FERC’s
September 7, 2023, Preliminary Permit Application Deficiencies and
Request for Additional Information, dated October 29, 2023.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight:bold;">Processing:</span><br />The
PDF map was extracted from the filing and converted to TIFF image
format. The TIFF image was georeferenced in ArcMap to the USA Topo
seamless topographic basemap. Project facilities were digitized from the
georeferenced TIFF to feature classes in a file geodatabase. The file
geodatabase was zipped and uploaded to ArcGIS Online, where it was
