The data collated here is an inventory of data obtained from the Environmental Management and Conservation Division of the National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA). NEPA is a key instrument in guiding the management of environmental laws and regulations, particularly in relation to the lands and resources of under the Natural Resource Conservation Authority Act,the Town and Country Planning Act and the Land Development and Utilisation Commission.
