City of Lincoln roadway moratoriums.

Disclaimer: The Moratoriums dataset includes expired moratoriums for internal tracking purposes.  Expired moratoriums can be filtered by querying the features by the “EndMorator” field. For example, to exclude expired moratoriums in ArcGIS Pro apply the following SQL query to the feature definition query in the feature properties:  EndMorator > CURRENT_DATE().  This will return all features that have a moritorium expiration after the current date.
