Loss_Assessment_Ratios (FeatureServer)

View In:   Map Viewer

Service Description: This table represents the raw ratios of a calculated potential loss based on each field category. For instance, if there is a value of 0.25 in the "EQ_LOSS_RATIO_M6_SAWTOOTH" field, that means the feature has a 25% probably loss on value of the structure and contents of the structure if a 6.9 magnitude earthquake were to occur on the Sawtooth fault. M6 is 6.9 magnitude and M7 is 7.2 magnitude based on document received with the data. All ratios were averaged into a 0.25 square mile hexagonal bin to aggregate address point data for map visualization. So all fields are the mean raw ratio for loss estimates on replacing structures and all contents inside if the natural disaster were to occur. The Liq_Prob field is based on the average ranking for all structures assessed within each 0.25 hexagonal bin area.
