Description: This layer tracks legally subdivided parcels in the City of Norman. The presence of a numeric subcode indicates that the parcel has been through a legal subdivision process. This Layer may not have a one to one relationship with Cleveland County parcel data. The layer was developed in 1992, using plat maps and deeds filed at Cleveland County. It has been continually updated since that time using instruments that have gone through Norman's subdivision process. Lots that have not gone through the subdivision process may need to comply with Norman's regulations before being eligible for a building permit.
