This dataset contains the polygons that make up the Miramar GIS geodatabase. The dataset was created based on the Developers/Home Owner Associations description and the Broward County Property Appraisal parcel legal description. The Neighborhoods layer is an integral part of the City of Miramar Geographic Information System. GIS data layers are accessed by personnel in some City departments for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production. More advanced user applications may focus on planning, public works, parks and recreation, or utilities purposes (including defining boundaries, integrating attribute databases with geographic features, spatial analysis, and presentation output).
