This data set represents the 2012 sage grouse hunt area boundaries for Wyoming. Area boundaries follow written boundary descriptions approved for seasonal hunting regulations. When possible existing linework from county, road, and HUC datasets was used to create hunt area polygons; any heads up digitizing was done at a scale of 1:100,000 or better.
