Farmland_Preservation_Category: string field indicating whether the property is within an area desginated for "Farmland Preservation" or "Not Farmland Preservation".
Certified: string field with either a Y or a N indicating whether the property is listed as being under as a certified farmland preservation category. "Farmland Preservation" is a Y and "Not Farmland Preservation" is a N.
