Service Description: Faults within the County of Marin. Data was received from the Department of Conservation, Division of Mines and Geology Fault Activity Map of California and Adjacent Areas. Data was originally in ArcInfo format and converted to a shapefile. Shapefiles of faults were merged to create one complete shapefile. Data was reprojected from Lambert Conformal Conic Clarke 1866 NAD 27 meters. Attributes were trimmed to show only what was needed for the Marin Countywide Plan Update.
