Each sceme can be categorised by the type of energy generation and includes:

• Battery Storage
• Wind - offshore
• Hydrogen
• Energy from Waste
• Combined Heat & Poewer

 

Onshore wind energy developments are presented separately in the Turbines dataset. 

Please note that each feature may not necessarily reflect the extent of the red lin planning application boundary. This data seeks to identify the above-ground development features and excludes underground cables and pipes, access roads, as well as any biodiversity mitigation areas.
