Service Description: Hazard risk assessment maps identify, assess, classify, and categorize hazard risks. Historical incident data is used to define the risk using the two-axis methodology of probability and consequence. The frequency of each type of fire incident determines the probability. Property-use codes are used to classify higher-risk properties and determine the consequence. Total response time is used to determine the consequence for emergency medical services (EMS) incidents.
