Description: The City Council District boundaries for New York City clipped to the shoreline. The City Council redistricting process takes place every ten years to reflect population changes reported in the US Census by the New York City Council Redistricting Commission. These district boundaries represent the redistricting as of the US Census 2020.As of Release 22C1, the city council districts available for download represent the political boundary changes implemented by the NYC Board of Elections for the 2023 election.
