Field Definitions
Case Number: Project code created in Cityworks
Project Name: TIF name, abbreviated as necessary; No. = north, Dt. = Downtown, R. = River
TIF Location: Cross-streets, neighborhood, address, etc. as appropriate
Incentive Status: (see required symbolgy below)
Active: Currently active
Never Approved: process initiated but not approved
On Hold: process started but not completed
Retired: life span of TIF complete
Terminated: approved then cancelled

Proposed only: project is likely an idea, concept, or exploratory; typically unfunded. For example, a developer is pursuing a project, but may not have site control or financing in place

Underway: project is active; For TIF this means the project is under construction.
