This data layer was created as part of the project to map interventions from International Development Partners in the most volatile or vulnerable communities in Jamaica. It will help to inform monitoring and evaluation of the Community Renewal Programme.

The IDB interventions on this layer are solely those done through the Citizen Security and Justice Programme (CSJP). The Citizen Security and Justice Programme (CSJP) III is a multi-faceted crime and violence prevention initiative of the Ministry of National Security which focuses on building community safety and security. The programme provides crime and violence prevention services to fifty (50) vulnerable and volatile communities, spanning eight parishes. The programme is funded by the IDB; the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development of Canada (DFATD); and the Department for International Development of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (DFID).
