            <abstract>Condo Common Area is a polygon feature class of the common areas for condominiums. It includes only those common areas without Assessor parcel numbers.             <purpose>Condo Common Area is used primarily for graphic enhancement to maps, by filling in gaps left by condominium common areas without parcel numbers.
