Land use inventory for Manitowoc County Wisconsin. Inventory conducted 2008-2009 with the dataset completed at the end of 2009.
The purpose of this data set is to display the use of the land or land use for Manitowoc County.
This data set is a combination of updated historical land use and new land use. This was done through several methods. Some of the land use was derived from field inventories using updated orthophotography and other areas were updated "heads up" within the GIS environment without field verification.
