Data were acquired from the City of Tybee, The Jekyll Island Authority, St. Simons Island and the National Park Service (.gov); The Georgia Fishing Piers datasets includes piers along coastal waterways as well as along the ocean front in Chatham, Bryan, Liberty, McIntosh, Glynn and Camden County. Data were collected in June 2025 from Georgia Department of Natural Resources - Wildlife Resources, Georgia Department of Natural Resources - Coastal Resources Division websites, and from a previously established database by the Skidaway Institute of Oceanography/University of Georgia. The dataset for the Georgia Coastal Marinas includes marinas along coastal waterways as well as along the ocean front in Chatham, Bryan, Liberty, McIntosh, Glynn and Camden County.
